We provide a guest pick up service from Nelson Airport, if required. We regret Stafford Place is unable to accommodate children under 14 years of age.

We accept bookings by phone, fax, or email. Fax and email enquiries can expect a reply within the day.

To confirm a booking with us, we will require a 25% deposit, which can be made by cheque, cash, or Visa/Mastercard. We will contact you by email to find out which method is most convenient for you. If Visa/Mastercard is your preferred choice for the deposit, then no charge will be made against the card prior to your arrival date, unless cancellation charges apply.

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly, and we apply a strict cancellation policy. When a cancellation is received within 10 days of your intended arrival date, we will retain 25% of the room cost; 7 days 50%, and 100% if less than 7 days notice is given. Every effort will be made to re-book the room, and if successful, the fee will be refunded.
